RPS was just not paying your labor bill and that is clearly stated in the warrenty info and is the standard in the Industry. I personally took care of the overseas shipping for you. RPS clearly states in the warrenty info that they will not cover shipping. RPS and most other manufactureres also normally need to see the failed part before sending out a new one or repairing the part. The reason for this is to determine if the part was damaged on install or simply a true defective part. RPS sent you a new unit without receiving the old part back at all. What gets me is you come on here bashing RPS and still sell the product? You also forgot to mention we sent you a new part right away. Most folks know that labor is not covered by a manufacturer and by you saying you did not receive good customer service implies you did not receive a replacement of the failed part. Have a Better Day!
